The National Day of Uzbekistan was held in Osaka on 17 August 2025 as part of Expo 2025. The opening ceremony was attended by Hisayuki Fujii, State Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan, and Gayane Umerova, head of Uzbekistan's delegation and chairperson of Uzbekistan Art and Culture Development Foundation.

The guests were presented with a concert program featuring Fergana, Bukhara Lazgi and other dances, as well as national music. The atmosphere of the holiday was created by the sounds of karnays and surnays, vocal ensembles, and instrumental groups.

The stage was graced by performances from Honored Artist of Uzbekistan Nodira Pirmatova, and the “Bahor” State Dance Ensemble named after Mukarram Turgunbayeva, which presented a rich repertoire of Uzbek choreography.
