As part of the Expo 2025 Osaka cultural programme, the gala concert of the National Symphony Orchestra of Uzbekistan conducted by Alibek Kabdurakhmanov and Richter Trio ensemble was held with great success at Expo Hall. This colourful event highlighted the richness of Uzbekistan's artistic heritage and strengthened cultural ties between Japan and our country.

Commissioned by the Foundation for the Development of Culture and Art, composer Kirill Richter created a work ‘Celestial Dance / 天翔神楽 (Amatobu Kagura)’ specially for this evening, which subtly conveyed the spirit of Japanese culture and captivated the audience. The programme also included other works that left the audience deeply impressed.

The audience warmly welcomed the performers, and the rave reviews confirmed the high level of the concert and its significance for the development of international cultural dialogue.
