The Uzbekistan Pavilion at EXPO 2025 Osaka, Kansai was awarded the gold medal by the Bureau International des Expositions (BIE) in the category ‘Best Presentation of Theme’.
The concept of the pavilion, ‘Garden of Knowledge: Laboratory for the Future Society’, created by the Uzbekistan Art and Culture Development Foundation, was highly praised by the international jury for its originality, depth and modern take on the main theme of the exhibition.

This prestigious award confirmed Uzbekistan's unique approach to presenting national culture, innovation and sustainable development on the world stage, as well as another step in strengthening the country's role in the global creative economy.
